We recently had the opportunity to collaborate again with Maison Berger to completely refresh their B2B catalogs. This project presented a unique challenge, as we had very little source material to work with. In addition to reorganizing and updating the products, our mission was to make the catalog more attractive and modern.
In addition to defining the art direction, we sourced, modified or created almost all the photos and graphic elements used. Our work also included producing barcodes, reviewing products according to order forms, and collaborating on the linguistic revision of content. Once the bilingual Canadian version of the catalog was finalized, we produced the English-language version for the American market. A colossal task, but we’re really pleased with the result!
Following on from this project, we managed email communications to retailers. We analyzed past communications on their newsletter platform (Mailchimp), created visuals and layouts harmonized with the catalog, developed promotional e-mail templates, managed mailings and audiences, and optimized their technical processes.
