To close the year on a sunny note, Rio Tinto has decided to offer its teams a warm and exotic experience with Les Soirées des Fêtes 2025, on the theme of “Exotic Christmas”.

Alexem Studio was commissioned to design the entire visual universe for the event: graphic identity, printed materials (posters, menus, invitation and thank-you cards), visual elements for the evening, as well as an information and registration microsite.

The aim: to breathe a breath of vacation warmth into the heart of the Quebec winter. Tropical motifs, bespoke illustrations and a sunny palette helped create a consistent, festive atmosphere across all participating sites.

A vibrant and original project that our team loved developing, from concept to final production, to celebrate the end of the year in a different way.

No, we do not provide quotations for projects carried out within the framework of banks or time plans. Quotations are reserved for lump-sum projects and follow our standard rates.

Fixed-price projects include a fixed price and a pre-defined scope. They are suitable for one-off or one-time projects, with costs based on our standard tariff.
